Marshall Sharp Collection


Collection contains 82 photographs taken by Marshall Sharp, a resident of Salt Spring Island from 1958 to 1973. Sharp took thousands of photographs during his time on Salt Spring; this collection contains those which pertain to Saturna Island and its inhabitants. Major themes include: school portraits, Canada Day, and the ocean.

We thank the Salt Spring Island Archives for generously sharing these digital images in 2012; the original photographs, and all rights to the images, are retained by them.
